Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about choosing, ordering and receiving your Anaequi artwork.

Yes. Every Anaequi artwork is made to order specifically for you in the artwork, size and finish selected at checkout. We do not hold pre-produced inventory.

Production time varies depending on the selected finish and begins shortly after your order is placed.

Anaequi artworks are available in a curated selection of Fine Art Paper, Framed Print, Canvas and Float Framed Canvas finishes.

Availability may vary depending on the artwork and size.

Visit our Materials & Finishes guide to compare each option and choose the finish that best suits your space.

Consider the width of your wall, the furniture beneath the artwork and the amount of visual presence you want the piece to have.

Our Size Guide provides measurements and visual references to help you choose. Always refer to the dimensions listed on the individual product page before ordering.

No. Our interior images and room mockups are designed to help you visualize how an artwork may look within a space and may not represent its exact physical scale.

Please always refer to the dimensions stated on the product page and our Size Guide before ordering.

We aim to represent every artwork as accurately as possible. However, colors may vary slightly between screens and the finished artwork due to monitor settings, display technology, printing processes and the material or finish selected.

Reasonable variations of this nature are normal and are not considered defects.

The textures, brush marks, plaster effects, grain and other tactile-looking details visible within Anaequi artworks are visual elements of the printed artwork and are not physically raised, unless explicitly stated otherwise on the product page.

The physical surface texture will depend on the finish selected. Fine Art Paper and Canvas, for example, each have their own distinctive material texture.

Yes. Many Anaequi artworks intentionally feature organic forms, grain, tonal variation, distressed details and visual imperfections as part of their aesthetic.

These intentional characteristics are part of the artwork and should not be considered printing or manufacturing defects.

A diptych includes two individual panels, while a triptych includes three individual panels, designed to be displayed together as one complete composition.

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, your order includes all panels shown as part of the selected diptych or triptych.

For Anaequi diptychs and triptychs, the listed size refers to each individual panel, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

The total width of the complete composition will therefore depend on the width of each panel and the spacing you choose between them.

There is no single required spacing. As a general visual guide, leaving approximately 2–4 inches (5–10 cm) between panels creates a balanced composition in most interiors.

Larger artworks or wider walls may benefit from slightly more space. We recommend positioning the complete composition before fixing the panels permanently to the wall.

It depends on the finish you choose.

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it.

Because every Anaequi artwork is made to order and can enter production quickly, cancellation or modification can only be guaranteed before production has begun.

Once production has started, we generally do not accept cancellations, returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind, personal preference or because an artwork does not suit your space as expected.

Please review the artwork, dimensions, finish and frame selection carefully before ordering. This does not limit any rights available under applicable law for damaged, defective, incorrect or otherwise non-conforming products.

Please contact us as soon as possible and include your order number, a description of the issue, clear photographs of the artwork and photographs of the packaging.

Please keep the artwork and its original packaging while your claim is being reviewed.

Once the issue has been verified, we will arrange an appropriate resolution in accordance with our Returns & Refunds policy.
